Neowiz revealed new details of the next update of Bless Onlines (KR) which will be released on March 19. Players will be able to try out a new lvl 45 dungeon Ur Tooth Mines and obtain new gear (from the cave Ur Tooth Mines and in PvP). Besides, Arena introduces in new 3v3 mode. Last but not least, the long-awaited RxR content will be finally available in the new update.

Bethesda isn’t bringing its Fallout franchise to the big screen any time soon, according to executive producer Todd Howard.
Speaking with GI.biz, Howard said over the years he’s had a number of meetings for movie pitches, but nothing has “clicked” yet.
We’ve had a couple of in-roads, particularly with Fallout, which is a bit stickier than Elder Scrolls, but everybody’s kind of asked and I’ve taken a number of meetings over the years and nothing quite clicked. And that may happen. I don’t rule it out, but nothing really has clicked where – the games are popular enough and that’s their identity.
Howard feels should a Fallout movie have been released, fans of the franchise would have felt “different” about Fallout 4 when it was announced.
“One of them [the film or the game] wouldn’t be quite right and you wouldn’t want that to be the game [should] the movie take it in another direction,” he said. “I would say we have a pretty high bar as far as what we would want it to be if it ever happened and nothing’s quite clicked.
“Even little things like, ‘What does the vault suit look like?’ – every little thing we obsess over so the game is the thing where it really exists.”
Back in 1998 when Interplay owned the rights to the Fallout IP, a film was planned but cancelled. A division of the company called Interplay Films was formed specifically to create films based on the franchise.
The script for the Fallout film, to be written by Brent V. Friedman (Dark Skies, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), and three treatments were submitted before the release of Fallout 2.
Interplay Films was dissolved in 2000 before a deal could be struck. Friedman released a copy of the second treatment in 2011, and you can still read it online through this PDF link.

The much anticipated Black Desert Online has finally released in the West! And we are here to discuss whether or not is it worth buying it?
Personally, I’ve been playing Black Desert for about a week now and I’m quite excited with the game so far and I will definitely keep playing it for a long time.
But setting aside my subjective point of view (fanboyism at its best :P), I’m here to talk about objective reasons,
on why Black Desert it an astounding game and why you should buy it.
Let’s start off with the PROS of this game:
1.Stunning graphics, beautiful characters, really detailed world design and great spell effects
While there are many MMOs out there with beautiful graphics, like TERA, Blade&Soul, ArcheAge and others, I don’t think that any of them comes even close to Black Desert’s level. Maybe some of the upcoming ones, like Bless and Moonlight Blade are worthy competitors, but that remains to be seen. A more fitted description for Black Desert’s graphics would be Witcher 3 Online. 2. Fully voice acted quests and lots of fine cinematics on top of that. Also, the storyline is quite interesting.
After playing Guild Wars 2 back when it was released, I cringed every time I started playing a new MMO which didn’t have voice acted storyline quests. Thankfully, most modern MMOs have started voice acting their main story line and that’s really good. Black Desert similarly to Elder Scrolls Online has all its primary and secondary quests voice acted and the quality of the voice acting is top notch.I haven’t finished the main story yet, but from what I have experienced so far, I can tell without a doubt that I never got bored throughout the entire quest line. It may not be the best story in MMO history, but it is definitely immersive.This guy will be travelling with you and will be giving you main story quests from time to time. He has several other functions as well.
3.Best Character Customization, I’ve ever seen.
Not much to tell here, the character customization is absolutely fantastic! There are so many options and tools to make your character stand out and be unique. I will let the images speak for themselves.
4.Fast paced, action combat.
One of the best if not the best action combat in MMOs. The combat is really smooth and fluid, you can dodge with each direction having its own animation, it is skill based, meaning you have to aim your spells by yourself, it has combos which you can perform by pressing different buttons’ combination and the combat effect and sounds are really good. After playing Black Desert for a while you feel that you are really kicking the butt of every mob you encounter.
5. Player Housing is really impressive.
Personally, I’m not a big fan of building houses in MMOs, but I have to admit that I was impressed by the detail and effort they put under it. There are several houses inside towns which you can buy and customize them as you like and there are tons of different things which you can add. Another impressive feature of housing was that you can freely enter other player’s house and roam inside them. Here is the interior of a player’s house. At first I thought that I walked into a game’s area, it took me a while to realize it was player made. 6.You can catch and tame your own mount.
In most MMOs, you either have to buy with real or in-game money a mount or a basic mount is given to you at some part of the game. While those features remain in Black Desert, the game also allows you to catch your very own mount. I have to say that I was really impressed with that feature, after riding countless hours on my donkey, Harold (may he rest in peace), when I found out that I can actually tame wild horses I dropped whatever quest I was doing at the moment and went horse hunting. It’s a fun and immersive procedure which I reallyliked. The mounts are also levelable, have their own inventory and you can make them wear armor. 7. Variety of classes
Currently there are only 8 playable classes, but as far as I know the Korean version has already 12 which means that sometime in the future more will be released. Haven’t tried all of them yet, but from what I have seen ingame, each class seems really well polished and unique.
8. Autopathing, 3-D interactive minimap, Social interaction with NPCs
Those are some nice features which the game has that I thought are worth mentioning. I like autopathing in MMOs, especially when there is a huge map to explore, autopathing really helps to go from one place to another without having your fingers on the keyboard all the time. You can even autopath to specific NPCs.
The map was 3-D which is actually impressive and offers you really good control over it. For example, you can left-click on a place on the map and your character will start moving towards it.
You can actually meet and converse with random NPCs in this game and there is some sort of mechanic where some dialogue options cannot be displayed unless that particular NPC knows you well enough. 9. It is truly OPEN-WORLD.
Don’t have anything else to say. I’ve been playing the game for a week and I haven’t bumped into a single loading screen while I was playing. You can enter buildings, towns change regions and you can do it all without having to go through a loading screen each time. This may not mean much to some people, but I know that there are many gamers out there who prefer true Open –World game and not instanced ones. You can travel as far as the eye can see WITHOUT loading screens
And that concludes the list of the PROS, but it wouldn’t be fair to mention only the good things so here is a list of the CONS
1. Gender Locked classes
Personally, I was never too much concerned by the class’ gender, I just picked whatever class seemed more interesting and had the best looking effects, usually a mage. I picked the gender by flipping a coin, (I’m not kidding :D). I do know though, that there are many players out there who for the sake of roleplaying or as personal preferences wouldn’t want to play e.g. a female ranger or a male berserker.
Nevertheless, there are classes such as the Wizard and the Witch who have the same skills, but are different genders. Also, the unreleased classes, Ninja/Kunoichi and Blade/Plum are also the same. So overall, I don’t think that it is that bad
. 2.The default UI is chaotic and need a lot of tweaks.
I always tweak the UI when I first jump into a new MMO, but in this one it took me quite a while to make it less confusing and still after that it wasn’t optimal, for me at least. 3. Lack of end-game PVE.
Being mostly a PVE player myself this one was a huge letdown. There are neither endgame dungeons nor raids, there are some World Bosses and that’s all. Misunderstand me, Black Desert has a great PVP endgame, but the lack of endgame PVE may be enough reason for many people not to buy this game. 4.Boring Side-quests.
Aside from the main story’s quest line, most of the secondary quests were blatant and lacked innovation. They were voice acted, I’ll give them that, but aside from that they weren’t anything unique.
CONCLUSION
Should I buy the game or not?
Unless you are a hardcore endgame PVE player, then DEFINITELY BUY IT!
The game is worth every single penny!
For only 30 euros, which is the standard price, you can have over 200 hours worth of gameplay and make that double if you are a PVP fan.

Entrada Interactive has announced a new sci-fi MMORPG Rebel Horizons, a game where you can traverse the universe and explore many different planets. The dev promises a persistent universe and unique planets, each of which has its own economy and ecosystem.
Player choice will have heavy impact on the game world. If you play as a rebel, you will be treated like one. You may even end up being a quest for another player to deal with. "Play the role of a trader and gain a reputation with vendors and players throughout the galaxy as a master of your craft. Survey for various resources on different planets and place down harvesters to extract valuable resources to use in trading or crafting," the dev says.
You can form a crew with other players. A Rebel crew may find trouble will come looking for them and they may need to decide whether to go on that path. On the other hand, other crews may take it upon themselves to police these rebels.
No release or beta time for the game at the moment. The concept sounds good but players may still need more info, say, an actual gameplay to give a further evaluation.

Mortar becomes very popular recently. Although it's not as cool as X-Bow, it can cause a lot of destruction like the bow. Below is how this deck works.
Mortar deck is easier to build compared with X-bow deck. The only rare in this deck is Elixir Collector, which can stay at low level because higher level only gives it higher HP. You can invest your gold in Mortar, Cannon, Tesla, Barbarians, etc.
How to play this deck.
First and foremost, play defensively and wait for your chance. Build up Elixir advantage with the Collector and defend your tower with Tesla and Cannon. If you have chance, deal some damage to opponent tower with Mortar, but don't push.
The good thing of this deck is the average Elixir cost is 3.6. Should you do your defense well at the beginning, you'll be able to bombard the opponent at late-game with Mortar unstopped.
When you've gained Elixir advantage, put a Mortar on one lane and Cannon and Tesla at the left and right side. If the opponent pushes from this lane, put another Mortar on the other lane (because you have Elixir advantage!). A perfect situation at late game is the opponent is busy destroying your Mortar (and other defensive buildings) but you are still able to deploy one by another.
The Early Access for Epic's Paragon will be unlocked on March 18th. In order to hypy the upcoming Paragon's Early Access, Epic released a new trailer. For those who don't want to buy a Founder's Pack, they can play Paragon for free in the Beta Weekends during Early Access.

Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen has finally released the first actual gameplay video. Although the video represents the quality of very early stage of the game, it's good to see the game is making progress.
Big Picture Games has confirmed upcoming PvP-centric MMORPG Darkfall: Rise of Agon will be a subscription game that expects to charge $14.95 a month. As a matter of fact, the game will start charge for subscription fee starting the public beta phase, and the difference is the fee is $10.95 per month during this phase.
