As we reported before, the popular mobile MMORPG Dragon Raja will be playable during E3. Developed by Locojoy Games, one of the top developers and publishers in China, Dragon Raja Mobile is adapted from the best selling Korean fantasy novel 'Dragon Raja'. Dragon Raja mobile topped the Korean top grossing game board in just one week after it was launched in Korea last November. In this game, players can control 3 fancy action heroes and explore the fun base from the original novel. It features strategical gameplay,epic dungeon and boss fight as well as auto matching live PvP system including 3vs3 battle and strategical 30 vs 30 guild fight.

Tree of Savior is currently present in South Korea, South East Asia, Europe, North America and South America. IMC Games experienced some issues with the western release but it was able to solve them and release the F2P version of the game on May 10th.

Last year in August, Nexon which was confirmed as the publsiher of ToS in Japan, announced that the first ToS Closed Beta test for the Japanese version will begin on October 1st. At that moment, Nexon was also reporting that the Japanese version of ToS will launch in 2016. After quite a long pause, Nexon states that a private test will be held on July 7th, with only 70 slots available. The Open Beta phase is scheduled for August. Enjoy the promo trailer!

Following a large number of player feedback, the developers behind Albion Online have decided to create an entirely new map to replace the old one. This new map will be based around two islands, called the Royal Islands, as well as a continent called the Outlands.
 

The Royal Islands will basically be safe zones for players prefering to focus on crafting, gathering and PvE. And while they can still be attacked and kill in certain zones of the Royal Islands (red zones), most will refrain from doing so since it counts as a crime and there are conscequences.

The Outlands will be the exact opposite, as it name suggests. No rules and no conscequences to the actions of players. This is basically a hardcore continent where only players confident in their skills or ability to escape from an assault will want to explore. This continent is also where guilds will claim territory and fight each other.

Square Enix released a worldwide version gameplay video for their latest Final Fantasy mobile game Brave Exvius. According to its developer Fujimoto, the most significant part of Brave Exvius lies in the break between 2D and 3D animation. Check the gameplay video below (From 1:33:00-1:35:00).


 
Brave Exvius has already racked-up 6.5 million players in Japan. The free-to-play game follows two knights of the kingdom of Grandshelt, and a young girl who suddenly appears before them, as they begin their quest to pursue a highly sought after crystal.

The gameplay of Brave Exvius is designed to evoke memories of previous FF titles, particularly of the 2D variety. Much of Brave Exvius is spent traveling a 2D map and fighting in a turn-based style, however certain abilities and summons will trigger a break from the 2D world into some stunning 3D animations.


Players can pre-register online at here to receive special in-game items at launch. The game will be available for players around the world this summer. The international version will support 6 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Korean and Chinese.

Things are really starting to take form for the upcoming MMO Crowfall. An announcement by the development team has revealed that there would be a 12 hour long live stream via the game's official twitch channel on Monday, June 27.

Kiloo Games' open world action RPGDawnbringer is available for Android now.

Dawnbringer is an RPG that is full of gargantuan enemies, and a finely crafted world that is ripe for exploration. The game features immersive open-world fantasy adventure, thrilling hack'n'slash swipe combat as well as deep gear craft and enchant system. Dawnbringer set background in a demon-infested realm where you traverse the ruined world in an attempt to probably kill every monster you meet until PETA stops you. In your quest you try and uncover the mystery behind the corruption destroying the world and in the process challenge your reckless brother. The brother-on-brother violence seems to be central to the game's story, which is an interesting narrative take.

 

The game offers hack'n'slash swipe combat similar to the Infinity Blade series, huge enemies to battle, the ability to craft and enchant powerful gear to help you kill monsters even more efficiently, and so on. While not the most original in terms of gameplay and story, RPGs are a fun genre to play on mobile, especially if the world is even a bit interesting.

As E3 2016 is in full swing, Chinese top game developer and publisher NetEase hosted their own game conference today at E3 for the first time. In fact, this is the second game conference NetEase showed this year after its "5•20 press conference" in China where they announced 40 new MMOs. For the overseas market, they've released mobile games in many of the popular game genres including endless runner, MOBA, MMO, SLG, and RPG, such as Speedy Ninja, Tome of Sun, Eternal Arena and March of Heroes.


Still, NetEase is going to pull out all the stops to develop new mobile games in the rest of 2016 and 2017. At E3, they debuted their first Real-Time Strategy (RTS) mobile game called Evercraft in which players can enjoy endless gameplay and meanwhile play very strategically. Not many info has been unveiled so far but Evercraft is planning to launch in the overseas market in the future.

Another upcoming mobile MMO game is called Great Voyage. The game is set in the great age of explorers and maritime discovery. In addition to common adventure mechanics, new elements such as chamber of commerce, multiplayer sea battles, and real-time PVP have been added in the game as well.

Not only mobile games, NetEase is also stepping into the huge VR market. Announced at Google I/O 2016, their virtual reality game Twilight Pioneers will be one of the first games to premier on Google's mobile VR platform, Daydream, later this year. Twilight Pioneers is described as “an Action Role Playing Game (ARPG) that incorporates NetEase’s next-generation graphics and advanced production techniques.”


In addition, Andy Anderson, VP of DMG, also made a speech at the conference, talking about IP cooperation as NetEase is developing Terminator 2 mobile game that blends role playing, shooting, racing and action gameplay together. ​





Riten Huang, NetEase Games NA Game Manager, said in the conference that they are working hard on the location of games as they want to make sure that games are in sync with the preferences of local gamers.

In order for people who have never owned their own plot in FFXIV, to have the chance to purchase their first plot and house in patch 3.3 - could a temporary restriction please be put in place to stop players from buying plots if they already own housing on their account? This would prevent players from buying plots for their alts and also limit the amount of houses being flipped for profit (which supposedly is not allowed but also not policed).

Owning a house is a primary driver for a lot of people and the reason they log in to save up ffxiv gil.
 
The restriction could be for a day, an hour, anything to allow players who have never owned their own plot to be able to do so.
 
Players who do not own atleast 1 house , should be given few days. a week, some time to purchase their house. Right now, it does not matter if you have the funds or not, aslong as one player is there first, he or she can buy it and do whatever they want with it. If this was a MMORPG where everyone could own a house, aslong as they had the funds, then this would not have been a issue, but sadly this is an issue.
 

Should alts be given the option to co-own the same house as their main, afcourse, but alts should not been given priority over mains. A Linkshell member of mine owns 8 houses and majority of those are just used on alts for gardening, so he can sell the items and make a profit. This is what housing is in FFXIV a way to make steady amount of Final Fantasy XIV Gil. The more houses you own, the more stuff you can produce, the more suff you can sell which results in more ffxiv gil. So do I blame players for wanting more then one house, so they can make more ffxiv gil, afcourse not. But this does not change the facts that housing as it is right now is badly implemented.
 
This is why I agree with OP and add my own suggestion. My suggestion to the developers is:
 
1. Add a restriction to amount of houses that one can buy. If a player owns a house on his/her account, they can not buy another house for the next 14 days after more houses are released. This gives players that are working, at school or at holiday the time to buy a house. After the 14 days the restriction is lifted and they can buy the houses that are for sale. If someone that did not own a house buys one then they too are hit by the 14 days CD, so they can not buy 2 houses at the same time.


 2. Give the less wealthy players a chance to buy the small or a medium house, Last time alot of the cheaper houses were bought by the rich players. This should be changed. I would suggest that the non home owners should be given a priority to buy the cheaper houses. Home owners can only buy the large houses. 
 
SE has delivered us a broken feature that requires the player to have the right amount of funds and the luck of being the first person there to buy it. If funds were the only issue then nobody would be making any fuss, but sadly the houses are not infinite, so this means some players will never own a house (even if they have the ffxiv gil to buy them) and others will own more then one.
 
System as it is, is broken.

We announced a few days ago that Freejam would be releasing a new weapon update for Robocraft that included a new ion shotgun. Released a few hours ago, this update is now live, and also added changes to the garage, weapon mechanics, as well as how certain movement components work as well as.
 

The Ion Destabilizer, the new weapon introduced, is less powerful that the Ion Distorter but also has a lower CPU cost (145 cpu compared to 245 cpu). Moreover, another change to the game is that when firing weapons, only those that are aligned with your target will be used. For example, if you have weapons on both the left and the right side of your bot, when targetting an enemy on your left only the weapons on this side will be fired. This allows players to save their energy (at the cost of a lowered firing rate).

TERA landed on the Chinese soil in the summer of 2014. The Chinese launch came long after the game was released in Japan, North America, Europe. Kulun Games (or Kalends) was asigned as
publisher for TERA in China. TERA had a good start in China and back in those days Bluehole Studio talked about challenging Blade & Soul China's superiority.

Recently, Kunlun Games and Bluehole Studio went public announcing that TERA will end its service in China. The decision to shut down TERA was taken without giving a specific reason. The curtain will fall over TERA on August 18th. This short history of TERA in China seems to have a sequel. Pnix Games, a subsidiary of Bluehole Studio is currently working on the mobile version of TERA.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition is a remaster of the 2011 RPG classic. Skyrim Special Edition was announced during Bethesda's E3 conference. Bethesda announced that the game will be free for PC owners who already own the original game and all of its DLC, but also for those who own the Legendary Edition on Steam. Skyrim Special Edition will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 28th. Original Skyrim saves "should transfer" to Skyrim Special Edition, the PC version. This remaster edition will run on a 64-bit engine on PC and it will feature a "separate creation kit" for uploading mods. Meanwhile, console saved files will not be available.

If you've played B&S you should know of the Survey Rewards but may not know of its content and if they are useful. Hopefully this may help if you're still wondering about it. There are also items that can still be used on alternate characters so if you have not accepted to receive your survey rewards since you thought that they've become useless, that may not be the case now. With a new class(Soul Fighter) coming out on the 22nd of June, I'm assuming that a few hundred people will play as that class and by trading some survey rewards over, it may increase your gameplay or at least make it less time consuming if you're trying to level up as fast as possible.

Survey Rewards are offered to you at Lv 4 and you receive another survey reward every 2 lvs(4, 6, 8, 10,etc). At the moment, there's a max of 25 Survey Rewards at Lv 50. Here's the list of what you can get from each survey(remember this is NA so rewards may differ from other areas).

The fantasy MMORPG The Lord of Rings Online (LOTRO), developed by Turbine, is one of the few MMORPGs that have such a long life.

The Update 18.2 Beta will bring a brand new 12-man raid Throne of the Dead Terror and a new stable-masters collections panel. The new panel has the potential to allow players to travel to any stable-master with mithril coins but currently it is not fully implemented. Post-apocalyptic Sci-Fi MMORPG Trinium Wars is now available for free on Steam and announce the commercial launch. New features like the dungeons with their mighty bosses and the Battle Arena have been implemented during this phase. Players are now able to battle the other faction in the Resource War, conquering mines and defending their supply chains.

About Trinium Wars:
Trinium Wars is a post-apocalyptic Sci Fi MMORPG set in the remains of Planet Earth after World War III. Join the fight for the rarest substance in the universe: Trinium. Support the Human forces to reconquer their home planet, which they had to leave after the devastating consequences of World War III, or join forces with the alien Narc, who found Earth in the search for a new home. Varied quests will lead you through the story of Trinium Wars. Special instance missions allow you to transform into tanks or Robots. As high level content up to 1000 players can fight at the same time in the "Resource War" mode, building up camps and mining precious Trinium. In addition to PvE gameplay and the PvP focused "Resource War", Trinium Wars offers an additional MOBA themed, arena-style PVP mode while the base-building mode will allow for more tactical choices and the power to craft new equipment, potions and even skills. Overwatch has only been out for a couple of weeks now and already there are some additional big plans including brand new heroes, new maps, and upcoming completive mode. There is a lot on the way for this game.
 
According to the blog which recently posted by the game director Jeff Kaplan, talking about the future of Overwatch. The team is now working on content patches throughout the rest of the year and into early 2017. At the same time, they will remain agile to respond to the current direction of the game and players’ needs.
 
"Competitive Play is quite a big effort for us this time around," wrote game director Jeff Kaplan on the Overwatch forum, "almost as much work as the first version. But it's really far along. We're playtesting it multiple times a day. We're also looking into/debating putting up a Public Test Realm for this feature so that we can test it in a larger environment before putting it live.
 
"Even when it goes live," he added, "I anticipate our first few seasons will require iteration on the feature. We're working very hard to make it awesome at release but there are some things you need to see and feel along with a large population before you can properly sign off on the feature. I anticipate Competitive Play will require a few season's worth of iteration before we're in the place we want to be."
