Supercell has announced
June update and
July update. So I think maybe you guys are a little bit confused now. I’m going to recommend the latest decks for players in all arenas. Hope you can enjoy clashing!
Arena 1-4
#Deck 1
Playing the deck would be typically an immediate Barb/Knight followed by Spear Goblin/Archers. Any threats should be countered and neutralized with appropriate cards. This is more of a reaction type deck. If opening hand has no Barbs or Knights you may just wait for opponent's move. Because your units are not overly tough, you may need to lure opponent or wait for him to approach one of your towers to use them as a defense support.
This deck is winning quite often by destroying just one arena tower. Unless superiority in number is established, it is not recommended going for kings tower but rather hold defense until end of the game or target the other arena tower.

#Deck 2
Main strategy:
The main strategy is to use Giant as the tanker and place Witch and other small troops behind him. Bomb Tower is used to defend and it normally will make some elixir advantages against your opponent.

Arena 4-6
#Deck 3
This deck only has an Average Elixir Cost of 3.3, so it’s not hard to cycle back your Rage Spells with all of these deadly combinations. And the other thing I love about this deck is that all of these troops are fast and furious, making them even deadlier with a Rage. Now you can’t simply just send in a troop and use Rage and expect to win, it’s not that easy.
Replacement

Combos
Mini pekka + Fire Spirits + Minions
Hog Rider + Witch + Minions + Mni Pekka
Witch + Mini pekka + Minions
Battle Strategy
You can start off with Mini Pekka/Witch at the very back of your arena tower, and then drop Fire Spirits/Minions to support it. Throw Rage on your troops if they stay healthy hitpoions. Cannon should be placed in the middle of your two arena towers to distract Hog Rider/Giant/Royal Giant. Just keep cycling the combos mentioned above.

#Deck 4
The deck was created by Jordanny, who was once one of the highest ranked level 6 players in the world, using this deck with the Hog Rider and Goblin Barrel to pass 2600 trophies, as a level 6. This deck can be played in Arena 4-8. Just replace Zap with Arrows if you are in Arena 4.

Arena 7-8
#Deck 5
Battle Strategy
Basically it’s a Hog cycle deck. The 3.3 elixir deck enables us to quickly make a Hog Rider push. In the beginning, I will place Hog Rider + Fire Spirits on the bridge, so that Hog Rider will be protected and do more damage to the Arena Tower. If I don’t have the combo mentioned above, I prefer to drop Baby Dragon behind the King Tower, when it is about to cross the bridge, I will put Hog Rider under the Baby Dragon. Tesla and Goblins are great for defence. In the last few second, Lighting can help us to end the game.

#Deck 6
Replacement
If you plan on using this deck around arena 6/7 you should substitute the cannon for Tesla/Inferno Tower after the June update.
If you are in lower arena (arena 1-5), you could replace the Fire Spirits with a Baby Dragon since it also does damage to ground and air, and if you don't have that you could use the Bomber. As far as the Pump and Mirror go, you really could replace them with anything you like

Battle Strategy
Since is a quick cycle deck, all you need to do is keep pressuring on your opponents with the combos mentioned above.
