Italian developer Rimlight Studios will be at GDC this year to give a sneak peek at the new expansion for ZHEROS, the quirky 3D beat ‘em up title currently available on Xbox One and PC and launching on Playstation 4 this spring. The expansion will launch in early summer, and Rimlight will have the first few levels playable at GDC.
ZHEROS features high-energy sci-fi action, a quirky sense of humor and a hell of a lot of ass kicking as players fight against Dr. Vendetta’s robotic army to prevent him from turning living creatures into an army of bad-tempered weirdo minions. The game’s expansion takes place in a China-inspired world based on the Chinese culture and features eight new levels in a completely new environment, a new playable character, a new vehicle/mech armor outfit, four new enemies with new behaviors and attacks, and a new boss, as well as the final fight against Dr. Vendetta (thought he was defeated? WRONG!)
