The statistics from beta showed that Soldier: 76, D.Va, Torbjorn, and Symmetra were heroes with highest win rate. Below are the guides and tricks to play these heroes. Thanks ngacn.cc for the original guides.
Soldier: 76
Overview:
Soldier: 76 is the most well-rounded of the Assault heroes. He's able to deal both sustained and burst damage at any range, move quickly across the battlefield, and support both himself and his team through the use of Biotic Field. His downsides are a lack of any real specialization with his weapons or abilities, no vertical movement, and a less impactful Ultimate when compared to other Assault heroes. He's a simple hero to learn to play, but a difficult one to master, making him a great pick for new players and veterans alike.

Overview:
If you activate D.Va's Booster ability and move into an enemy player, you will deal damage in addition to knocking them back. While D.Va is considered a Tank, a lot of successful D.Va players use her like a Reaper.
Ganking and harassing are some D.Va's strong suits. Her high damage output at close range coupled with her Boosters movement ability makes it easy for her to get "shotgun-like" damage in and escape with ease. At mid- and high-level play, due to its long casting time and large radius, her ultimate is more useful for forcing the enemy to scatter rather than killing anyone. Using Boosters before using Self-Destruct will allow D.Va to propel the mech forward before it explodes.
Play against other heroes
D.Va's high HP and good mobility give her a chance to stand against any hero.
D.Va has 50/50 chance against:
Besides, D.Va's best partners are Mei and Mercy

Overview:
Players are advised to know the map well, in order to deploy his gear the most effectively.
Torbjörn is most commonly used on Defense because of his ability to cover choke-points so effectively. One option on Attack is to deploy your turrets on top of a payload, effectively creating a mobile turret.
Strategy and where to build turrent on each map:
Most of Torbjörn's strategies are based on building turrent. Building turrent at the best vantage points will give you and your team better chance to win.
Note: red arrow stands for the direction of enemy attack, blue arrow is where Torbjörn's turrent should be.

Overview:
Symmetra is a unique Support who keeps her allies alive through unconventional means. She can increase the maximum Health of her team through the use of Photon Shield, deter enemies from traveling through chokepoints with her Sentry Turrets, and can dramatically shorten the distance between the respawn room and the frontline with her Teleporter. Despite appearances, she is also one of the most damaging of the supports, with a weapon that can deal devastating damage at both short and long range. Despite this, her complete inability to heal her allies, along with her relative fragility, makes it challenging for her to serve as the only Support on a team.

Tips and tricks for the abilities
Helix Rocket:
- When encounter an enemy, release a Helix Rocket first and then shoot with Heavy Pulse Rifle is more much effective way to kill an enemy.
- You can do "rocketjump" with Helix Rocket and reach place you can't in normal way. But keep in mind that it will deal 40 damage to you.
Sprint:
- When sprint, you can jump farther.
- Note that you will stop sprinting if you use any ability.
Biotic Field:
- Biotic Field will create a yellow circle around the hero, which heals an ally within the field for 5 secs, 40hp each sec.
- If you plant Biotic Field on a moving vehicle, the field will move with the vehicle.
- Planting Biotic Field will interrupt all on-going actions such as sprinting, moving, and reloading.
Tactical Visor:
- You immediately reload your weapon when turn on Tactical Visor.
- Tactical Visor won't do headshot
- You can lock another target by moving mouse towards him
D.Va

Overview:
If you activate D.Va's Booster ability and move into an enemy player, you will deal damage in addition to knocking them back. While D.Va is considered a Tank, a lot of successful D.Va players use her like a Reaper.

Play against other heroes
D.Va's high HP and good mobility give her a chance to stand against any hero.
D.Va has 50/50 chance against:
- Widowmaker - D.Va's huge and heavily armed battle suit can help her survive one deadly shot from Widowmaker. If manages to get close to Widowmaker, D.Va stands better chance to win.
- Junkrat - Junkrat can flank D.Va and deal a lot of damage. His Steel Trap is also deadly. However, if D.Va knows how to avoid the Steel Trap by flying, she can defeat Junkrat.
- Winston - Winston's Tesla Cannon can deal lots of damage to D.Va's battle suit, and his mobility can make sure him can catch up with you. However, Winston's bulk body means he's also an easy target. Mostly, the live and death is determined by whether you have a healer to back you up.
- Genji - Genji and D.Va can block each other's attack with "E" ability. The most important thing is to dodge Genji's ultimate ability.
- Mei - Mei has the ability to restrain D.Va's mobility. Fortunately, Mei is not the type of hero with high burst DPS and that gives D.Va the opportunity to win.
- McCree - At close range McCree's six-shooter is a deadly thing to D.Va's battle suit. So keep McCree at a distance and keep your suppress fire on is the way to win.
Besides, D.Va's best partners are Mei and Mercy

Symmetra

Advanced guide:
DPS
- Symmetra is suggested to stay behind tank and deal damage.
- Don't ignore Photon Projector's DPS, left-click mouse button will make the gun "lock" on an enemy, it deals damage overtime slowly. Right-click mouse button can release a slow-moving charged energy ball that ignores Reinhardt, Winston, and Bastion's shield.
- If you want to kill a lot of enemies, you will have to use Sentry Turret. You have to deploy Sentry Turrets in a room and lure enemies into that room and kill them. And the trick is you can't let enemies know you've prepared them surprise in the room.
- Survival means everything for a supporter because he's responsible for the entire team. Normally, Symmetra should stay behind a tank and keep a Sentry Turret on. Stay away from enemy heroes that can deal splash damage such as Pharah and Junkrat.
- If you decide to lure enemy into a room and kill him with Sentry Turret, you better choose a room with health pack in it.
- Symmetra is more effective in defense than in attack
- When you are in the attack side, deploy Sentry Turret at the alley behind you, and deploy a new one behind you if your team keep pushing forward. If not you have a protection when you and your team fall back.
- Deploy Sentry Turret behind Bastion is usually a good choice. It enhances Bastion's defense and kill anyone tries to get close from behind.
- Try to deploy Sentry Turrets at the blind corners (see the images below)
