Clash Royale: Easy to Play Hog Rider + Fireball Deck and Strategy for Arena 7-8

Hey guys! Today I would like to share a f2p hog + zap deck with you. This deck works pretty well for me in Arena 8.
 
My Deck



Cards Breakdown
Hog Rider: The hog the most offensive card in the deck. Paired with Valkyrie, he can easily destroy a tower, if left alone he does a lot of damage to the tower.
 
Valkyrie: Incredibly strong card that will perform to a high standard, on both offence and defence. She's super tanky and outputs a significantly high amount of damage, which she deals in a 360 degree AoE attack.
 
Knight: A lot of players underestimate the viability and effectiveness of the Knight and this often leads to the Knight munching down on half of your Tower's health. On offense, he's generally either aiding a larger tank such as the Giant, Golem or PEKKA or as a cheap bulky unit to clear out pesky Goblins and other counters or to soak up some hits for your other ranged troops to damage the other e.g. Musketeer, Spear Gobs.
 
Fireball: My favorite spell to counter massive troops.
 
Zap: The stun effect of Zap is so incredibly flexible. It allows your Hog Rider to survive longer. It can halt Prince charges, reset Sparky's charge time, and stop that deadly Mini Pekka from reaching your tower. But most importantly, Zap can make buildings and troops retarget, to your own benefit. This ability can save a game (e.g Making the Royal Giant retarget away from your Crown Tower).
 
Tombstone: The great thing about the tombstone is if it is zapped early the skeletons spawn and if it zapped late it gives you time to drop gobs to counter it as well.
 
Archers: Being much more bulky compared to the Spear Gobs, it survives Arrows, Zap and survives a Princess shot, meaning you're either going to have a positive or even elixir trade. Archers also work as a great cycle to place behind the King's Towe.
 
Goblins: This is your go to cheap defense card that can deal with most anything that isn’t AoE. Use it to bait out zaps or use it to buy some time on tower damage, I rarely use these guys offensively unless there is a close troop.
 
Both Valkyrie and Knight can serve as tankers, so we can easily take out opponents’ supporting troops. They are good for defence. If your opponents drop heavy tanker behind King Tower, just drop Tombstone to distract it. Drop Archers in the middle of your Arena Towers, you can easily finish off Giant + Witch.
