Good Battle strategies often have a good combo of both attack and defense.This battle strategy has exactly that!
Battle Strategy: This Battle strategy is apt for arena 4. The strategy cannot guarantee 3 stars but however if efficiently use can be extremely effective. It’s not necessary that you too should have similar level of cards like those in the screen-shot below. But however it can be extremely helpful in getting your 3 stars.
Battle Deck:
Spear Goblins + Skeletons + Baby Dragon + Goblins + Minions + Baloon + Goblin Barrel + Rage Spell

Use and role of each card: (Sequence mentioned after Rage Spell)
1.Spear Goblins:
The spear goblins are very good at what they do. Why so? Well, for starters they require just two counts of elixer, so before you even know it your spear goblins are out on the battlefield doing the job for you. What makes them even more effective is the fact that they come in a pack of three!
Each defending tower fortunately or unfortunately can only target one unit at a time. So let's say spear goblin number one is getting attacked by the tower, this would give goblin two and three that much of an extra time to attack.
Lastly, well they have spears! This means they don't have to make their way completely to the tower. They can throw their spears at the towers from a fair distance, thus saving time.
The spear goblins would have two main roles.The spear goblins would bebasically sent behind the baby dragon so as to cause maximum damage.
The second one is for a more defensive purpose.So what do you do?
Use your spear goblins to take down your opponent’s air troops quickly but keep in mind to keep them considerably away from your target.
2.Skeletons:
Personally this is one of my most favorite cards! An elixir count of just one and possibly the best solution to your defensive woes. Now i know what you're thinking, how can something like a skeleton whose hit points are very minimal in nature be of use in any way.
Now if you're referring to an attacking strategy then they can die really fast and may render to be ineffective unless they are sent along with other troops with high hit points.
However,what we would use the skeletons for is for a defensive purpose. Let's say the prince is charging at you and you just used out all your elixir on attacking. Well, just wait out a second and then use your skeletons on the prince. The skeletons will help in taking out at least half the hit points of the prince.
While this is in motion your tower will also help in causing some damage and before you know it the prince that requires an elixir count of five just got taken out by a pack of four skeletons that cost just one.
3.Minions and goblins:
Both the minions and goblins must simply complement the other troops.
Whether in terms of defending or attacking, Minions are needed to defend against air troops like a balloon whereas , goblins can be used to defend against ground troops. Minions are extremely effective against a mini pekka.
But be aware of a valkyrie, i would suggest using the minions to take out a valkyrie. Now when can we use these guys to attack? The last sixty seconds would be ideal because these guys can really implement a large amount of pressure onto your opponent and some times that is all you need.
4.Baby Dragon and Balloon:
Perhaps the key to your victory lies in this pair, I would suggest to use these guys in a pair. Because this is vital i will talk about it more in depth as we go on.
As of now, why do we need them? Two words-Maximum Damage. Save up and send the balloon right behind your baby dragon. This should do wonders if it's supplemented with a rage spell. If your opponent makes the wrong move and does not defend. Its game, set and match for us.
5.Goblin Barrel:
The goblin barrel is extremely effective and can be the decision maker at the end. The goblin barrel for one reason does not have to make its way all the way to the tower. It can be simply thrown on the tower. So why not have a game changer on your team?
This is one card that i have held onto ever since i started playing the game and i can vouch for this card and say that this will win you a crucial battle every now and then.
6.Rage Spell:
When?Where? Who? These are the questions you have to address when it comes to a rage spell. All the questions and the answers are merely subjective in nature. So when to use them?
I would say use them when you feel it's right. Go with your gut because during the course of the battle if you are in control then that is when you use the rage spell to guarantee your victory. Where to use this spell?
On the troops of course but you already knew that. But it is necessary to use this spell on the area just between the tower and the area touching your playing field. This will help your troops get to the tower faster and cause the damage needed for you to win. Finally, On who to use them on?
Well that would depend on the strategy which is explained below.
How it works:
The strategy is simple. Like every strategy the beginning is extremely vital. Start off by sending your baby dragon right up in front. This is done so that your baby dragon can soak up the damage. So who will be responsible to deal in all the damage? That’s right!
The balloon’s bombs are extremely effective and can give you your first star in a matter of seconds. So the balloon should be sent right behind the dragon. It’s also important to see how your opponent reacts to this strong first move. Most often than not, he will look to defend.
If that’s the case don’t back down. Use the rage spell immediately and deal as much as damage as possible. This will set up your 3 star win. The remaining troops are simply there to defend if in case your opponent chooses to attack with air troops as well. Spear goblins and minions can be used to defend this.
Finally to assure your 3 star victories your goblin barrel can be used. So win away and remember not to panic.
Points to remember:
* The game is all about strategy. Even if you let your opponent take the first half of the game, if u can crowd him and cause an element of panic in him, then the game is yours.
* Remember to always use your combinations wisely. Sending your balloon in alone would be useless because it would die easily before it could even cause the damage needed.
* Defense is equally as important! Yes, this strategy is mainly an attack based strategy but remember to use your supplementary cards to to defend as well.
* Practice makes perfect. You may not get it right straight away but keep playing and keep learning.
